Arcangelo Castiglione received the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the University of Salerno. He got the Italian National Scientific Qualification as Associate Professor: in Computer Engineering, in July 2018, and in Computer Science, in August 2018. Since December 2018 he is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science, University of Salerno (Italy). Until December 2018 he was a Postdoctoral Researcher with the Department of Computer Science and an Adjunct Professor with the Department of Industrial Engineering, University of Salerno. He is an Associate Editor for the IET Cyber-Physical Systems: Theory & Applications (IET), Journal of High Speed Networks (IOS Press) and International Journal of Embedded Systems (Inderscience Publishers), as well as he has been Guest Editor for several Special Issues and Volume Editor for Lecture Notes in Computer Science (Springer). He serves as secretary the IEEE TCSC and the IEEE SMC Technical Committee of Cybermatics.
